Three Kings' Day

Information

Three Kings' Day is a Hispanic celebration that is centered around the Three Wise Men who brought gifts to the Baby Jesus. Traditions differentiate based on what Hispanic country you are in. In Mexico, you put grass and carrots into your shoes and leave them under the Christmas Tree (or in the living room). When you awake, the carrots and grass will be gone, and in its place there will be small gifts! In Puerto Rico the same happens, except the grass and carrots are placed under your bed, which is where the gifts will appear. The food is for the Three Wise Men and their camels.
